How can I track my order?
Easy! Upon making your order you will receive a confirmation email. Then once your order has been dispatched you will recieve another email containing your tracking link. Or alternatively you can track your order via the order tracking page on our website.
When can I expect to receive my order?
Orders will be processed within 1-3 business days from the order date and shipped the next day after the processing day. From then you can expect to receive it between the time frame of the delivery method you selected at checkout. However some customers tend to receive it sooner. Please note there may be shipping delays during holiday seasons.
Can I cancel my order?
As we aim to process orders as fast as possible we advise you to get in contact with us within 3 hours of ordering. If this time frame has passed and your order has been processed, once you receive it you can return it to us for a refund.
